mom told me 22/12/11 is dong zhi..

which mean everyone will get to eat tang yuan.

this year mom will be going back jb to take care of my grandparent thus she bought those ready made tang yuan.

Before hubby went in for his reservice, he told me it would be best if when he book out he can get to eat tang yuan..Zzzz..

Instead of buying those ready made, i decided to make some for him.

grounded peanut, sugar....
i added peanut as the filling, i think it doesn't taste as nice :(

can see that hubby prefer the plain one..

btw, its my first time making tang yuan okay.. not nice also must say nice.. hahas..

after boiled, transfer the tang yuan to cold water so that the texture will taste better?

after that i added ginger to it..

den took cab down to find hubby..

sian, hubby is back to his camp this morning

and my head is badly hurt, cant raise my eyebrow at all :'(
